Chickens

Prices are based on difficulty of processing and are subject to change, no additional charge for bagging

Whole Chicken

$5.75

This is your typical whole chicken dressed out, without neck or feet

Griller Special

$4.75

Your bird will be cut into 6 pieces. You will receive 2 legs, 2 wings, and 2 boneless, skinless breasts. These can be bagged as directed within reason

Spatchcock Chicken

$6.00

Whole chicken with spine snipped out, flattened. Great for smoking.

Halved Chicken

$6.25

Spine is snipped out and chicken is split down the breastbone

7-piece

$7.00

Your bird will be cut into 7 pieces. You will receive 2 legs, 2 wings, and 2 bone in breasts with skin, as well as the back of the bird. These can be bagged as directed within reason

Chicken Over 16 Weeks

+$1.00

If your chicken is determined to be older than 16 weeks, you will incur an additional processing fee of $1.00 per bird

Rainbow/Red/Gray Ranger

+$0.50

Rangers incur a small fee of $.0.50 extra per bird because they are slightly harder on our equipment

Giblets Saved

+$1.00

For an additional fee of $1.00 per bird, customers can receive liver, trimmed heart, and peeled gizzard. Bagged as directed within reason

Split Drums/Thighs

+$0.50

For an additional fee of $0.50 per bird, customers can have the thighs and drums split before bagging

Save Feet(per 10 birds)

+$2.50

For $2.50 minimum, we will save feet at $.25 per foot

Save Necks

+$.50

For an additional fee of $.050 per bird, customers can receive peeled necks, bagged together
